How we collect, use, and protect your data

INTRODUCTION

Pride Real Estate Connections, LLC ("Pride REC" or "we" or "us") has created this Privacy Policy in order to disclose its collection, use and disclosure of personal information and other data about you. This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 16th, 2026. Any questions regarding this policy should be directed by email to [email protected]. The following discloses Pride REC's practices for its website, social media properties and digital/online services.

If you use a website, mobile app, social networking site or an associated service displaying or referencing this Privacy Policy, you consent to this policy and the collection, use and sharing of your personal information and data as described herein and in accordance with the applicable agreements, including any applicable terms of service and/or End-User License Agreement.

Pride REC acts in different ways when processing data:

(i) Pride REC acts as a controller of your personal data when you sign up for our services, visit our websites or interact with us through other channels (for example in person events). We use this data for a variety of purposes, including to provide our services to you, contact you about relevant content, and improve and promote our services.

(ii) Pride REC acts as a processor when our affiliated agents use our services to collect and process personal data in connection with their sales, marketing, and other business activities. In this case, we act as a processor (or service provider) on behalf of our partner agents (who are controllers of personal data) under the data processing agreement included in the partner agent agreement.

(iii) Pride REC also acts as a controller when we collect and process personal data about individuals in their professional capacity and make that information available to customers for their own sales, marketing, and other business activities. This includes personal data we may collect indirectly about you, such as from publicly available sources, our partner agents, or other third parties.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. This Privacy Policy describes your choices and rights with respect to your Personal Data, including your rights of access and correction.

We update this Privacy Policy from time to time and encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are material, notify you directly (for example, by sending you an email notification). Terms not otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND RECEIVE

Pride REC may collect or receive information about each person who visits, utilizes or interacts with the Pride REC-owned or controlled website and services. This information may include but is not limited to: username, password, first and last name, email address, phone number, occupation, physical address, bank account information, and employment information, cookies and tracking from platforms you'. Pride REC may collect information while assisting a Pride REC client, partner or referral. Pride REC also collects other information you provide or you may volunteer.

We may collect personal information from you at various points, including but not limited to:

• when we correspond with you;

• when you visit the website and/or utilize or interact with our services;

• when you register with the website or a service, including but not limited to when an account is created for you, or when you engage with a broker or agent through the service;

• when you provide information, such as user contributed content, survey information or join our mailing list;

• when you contact us for help;

• when the website, an application or services sends us error reports or collect certain analytics data;

• when engaged by a business to perform services for them or on their behalf; and

• as described to you at or before the time of collection.

When you visit the website, we may automatically collect certain information, including information about your device such as your web browser, IP address, time zone, and other information on your device in connection with our site. Additionally, we collect information as you browse the website, including the web pages you view, the referral source (such as the page, website or search terms that brought you to the site), and other information about your interactions with our site. Such information may or may not be considered personal information.

Pride REC does not require you to include sensitive information (e.g. racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union memberships, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning sexual orientation). In the event that you provide such sensitive information as listed above without an express agreement covering it, you acknowledge that you have provided explicit consent concerning the collection, use and disclosure of such information.

Some personal information may also be collected by a third-party such as a client, service provider or other vendor. If you interact with some third-party services, such as social media companies, particularly where you have an account with the third party, they may collect additional information separate from Pride REC.

HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Pride REC may use and share personal information that we collect or receive about you to:

• Recommend agents or brokers or provide other services that you have requested;

• manage our relationship with you and provide you with support;

• perform analysis about your use of the website and/or associated services;

• communicate with you by e-mail, postal mail, telephone and/or mobile devices about services, properties, or agents and brokers that may be of interest to you, including but not limited to updates, webinars and other events;

• screen for potential risk or fraud;

• to evaluate your job application;

• enforce our terms and conditions and other agreements;

• perform services on behalf of our client;

• manage our business, including billing; testing, development and other functions as part of improving and expanding the services offered; or conducting advertising or marketing;

• respond to investigation, court orders, legal process, or to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law; and

• perform functions as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.

From time to time, we may partner with companies based on the interests of our users. In such case, we will do so in a manner that respects your privacy and is consistent with the disclosures in this Privacy Policy.

Pride REC reserves the right to disclose information when required by law or our ethical obligations.

We use other companies to perform services necessary to our operations. In the course of providing these services, those companies may have access to your personal information. However, we will not be liable to you for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies.

Pride REC may use your IP address to, among other things, help diagnose problems with Pride REC's server and to administer Pride REC's website. Your IP address may also be used to help identify you and your online profile and to gather broad demographic information.

The Pride REC site registration or contact form may require users to give Pride REC contact information (such as your name and email address or mobile phone number) and may include demographic information (such as company, title, location). Pride REC may use your contact information from the registration form to send you information you request, information about Pride REC and promotional material from some of Pride REC's partners. Your contact information may also be used to contact you when necessary. Your mobile phone number may be used in accordance with the section below titled "Text Messages".

We may also disclose statements or reviews made by our users.

Other Information. Pride REC may collect, use and share other information from your use of the website, or services, or other information, provided such information does not individually identify you or otherwise qualify as personal information (or similar) under an applicable law, including but not limited to Pride REC deidentifying personal information to create such information. Pride REC shall have the right to retain records of such data including, but not limited to, usage, activity logs, and click-throughs. Pride REC may disclose such data, whether in the form collected or a derivative form, to third parties provided it is presented in an aggregate and/or deidentified form.

The foregoing in this section excludes information protected by attorney-client privilege, other applicable privileges, or subject to ethical confidentiality obligations as client information collected in connection with a matter where you have engaged us for legal representation.

TEXT MESSAGES

When you provide your mobile phone number, you may receive messages from Pride REC which include transactional messages and recurring autodialed SMS/MMS messages. If you further opt in to marketing, you may also receive marketing messages. No purchase is required. By affirmatively signing up for Pride REC's text marketing messages (including when you opt-in or text YES to authorize text messages), you expressly consent to recurring autodialed SMS/MMS marketing messages from Pride REC. Your consent includes authorization to deliver advertising or marketing messages using an auto dialer or other automated technology, and you acknowledge that your consent is not in any way required as a condition of making a purchase or using priderealestateconnections.com or becoming a Pride REC client or partner. You also consent to receive disclosures electronically and agree that you intend your electronic acceptance to be a valid signature accepting these terms. There is no per text message charge from Pride REC but your text messaging and data charges may apply. You may opt out through the text service or through any applicable opt-out disclosed in this Privacy Policy or through your created account at manage my preferences. Pride REC will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Additional terms and conditions applicable to this service are contained in the Pride REC terms, including but not limited to the disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you should use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and should not submit any personal information to us. If we discover that a person under the age of 18 has provided us with any personal information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such person's personal information from all Pride REC systems.

GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM

Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking technology may need to be enabled in connection with Pride REC services in order to determine the precise location (latitude and longitude) of users. We will request your permission prior to such precise geolocation tracking. Where authorized, this information is transmitted as necessary for the products and services, which may include transmission to Pride REC, its service providers (including hosting provider), and Pride REC's users or clients. This information is only used by Pride REC in conjunction with Pride REC's services or otherwise in connection with the reason for its collection or as permitted by this Privacy Policy.

COOKIES

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. The Pride REC site uses cookies to keep track of your session or for other functions. Pride REC may also use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests.

Pride REC may use an outside ad or marketing company, including but not limited to display of ads or ad technology on the Pride REC site. These ads may also contain cookies.

MANAGING YOUR PRIVACY

Pride REC acts as a processor for our partner agent in most cases and will work with our partner agents to fulfill these requests when applicable.

Clients cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their Pride REC account.

Our partner agents are solely responsible for their own marketing emails and other communications; we cannot unsubscribe you from their communications. Individuals who interact with a Pride REC partner agent can unsubscribe from our partner agent's marketing communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of their emails, or by contacting them directly.

Opt-Out. The Pride REC site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from Pride REC, except transactional correspondence. To opt-out of receiving our communications, you can send an email to [email protected] or opt-out within your customer account settings.

ADVERTISING OPT-OUTS

As described above, we may use your Personal Information to provide you targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Successors and Assigns. This Privacy Policy inures to the benefit of successors and assigns of Pride REC.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
